Hi Ed and all.
Lets not forget they are talking about the next generation or 2 of set-tops. Actv works in the current box already being massed produced and the headends that are installed pass 24 million suscribers.

Lots of posts today, thought it was another clich at SI when I logged on.

Interesting article. Thank-you for posting it. I'm a TCI customer in New England and I don't have a set top box. My cable runs through my VCR. Perhaps a Sony DVD player installed in a digital set top box will be a greater incentive to subcribers to buy or lease the boxes than more promises from the PCTV visionaries. Maybe the reasoning behind the Next Level/Sony deal? Just a thought.
