Let's go back in time and learn what really happened. President Clinton raised taxes and republicans freaked out. Instead of investing in the Internet, they freaked out. Instead of investing in the stock market, they freaked out. Instead of voting for more Dems who'd help Clinton balance the budget, they freaked out. You see, republicans are too easily manipulated by fox, talk radio and their endless hate of everyone on the planet to come up with new ideas.
