Peter,

The issue with RMBS is the approx. 17 million shares of restricted stock that became available for sale last November, 6 months after the IPO. Small float, but obviously there is an element of distribution to the current and future trading in the stock.

Pay special attention to insidertrader.com. The float for RMBS will only grow larger and in a general market downtrend this stock will likely be sold.
