The biggest difference between the two is optics on insider buying/selling. Xpel has had insider buying whereas a few of the insiders on IPA have been selling. Selling is probably no reflection on how company is doing but still something that is probably keeping a lid on the price here. Xpel did not move until that big 100% growth quarter as well and the current market seems to be waiting for results on stocks before they move.
