nuclear weapons and nuclear proliferation are evil. Russia and China must do more to stop north korea's nuclear program. we may have to give nuclear weapons to Japan to counteract the threat from north korea, this is obviously against the interests of China but will have to be done as long as north korea poses of nuclear threat to America and the region, especially since north korea has not returned the Japanese abductees, that were kidnapped so long ago, as an act of good faith toward Japan.
