I also remember Jenkins giving an example one of the conference calls (I think in September) stating that companies whose plants shut down will be the lucky ones. The example he gave was of a cheese manufacturer who doesn't realize there is a problem until his system is filled with 5% butterfat product when he is trying to produce 1/2% product.

Think that cheese manufacturer might be Kraft?
