That's my guess too Hank...different countries and the product is sold in a THIRD country...90% of sales anyway. Plus if I had invented something and saw how many Radica sells and how many they will sell and who they make products for I'd be willing to just settle it and take a piece without screwing the whole thing up. Radica does the best job...let them do what they do best.

Hank, the country(ies) of patent coverage is more important than the countries of the opponents. And I cant underestimate the importance of flexing muscle - I'm aware of an incident where a multibillion $ Japanese company sued a smaller U.S. company - in the settlement it was the Japanese company who paid. I'm sorry but I cannot share more details.
