Belt and Road is their new plan and has been in effect for quite some time already. My point is they're putting a lot of money into helping their trading partners something the US can't do because we give trillions to rich people in tax cuts.

China appears to be expanding Belt and Road to West Africa and even a bit towards South Africa as it tries to maneuver away from US tariffs. It's signed numerous agreements and treaties in Africa over the past few days. Just today I see they're investing almost $15 billion in South Africa.

China usually attacks Trump right after he attacks them but they're busy signing agreements and governing to care about the moron Americans voted for.
