I guess it just competes with the AppleStore which shouldn't matter much yet. As I remember it Apple is going to cut co-op dollars across the board anyway starting Jan 1. If these resellers don't honor the MSP Apple supposedly will withhold the co-op dollars for a few months. On a different note...For anyone who want to listen to the confernce call again replay is available tomorrow.
