Speaking from experience, anyone in the mid-late 50's to 65 who was in good health and bought health insurance in the individual market and had an income of cr 65K or more per year got disastered by the ACA. To the degree that was Obama's signature achievement, a few million American's in that boat might well have developed quite the distaste for him despite his other attributes with which they might have agreed much more.
