If the U.S. markets begin a more meaningful decline, then very likely so will all the global markets including the YINN... I'm not going to hold any foreign markets as long as our markets look so iffy... right now, the momentum is downward for almost all the major indices except the DOW and that one is just barely holding it own right now... I'm solidly short the RUT and the $SOX, and ever so light long the DOW since the momentum is still upward, but that could change before the close today... You're very welcome... just remember, everything I say here is subject to the 50/50/90 Rule... GZ
