Re: A Democratic Winning Message

So your strategy is to wait?!

Why don't you just pummel them to death?! (figuratively speaking, of course). There is plenty of anger out there that can be tapped into. The problem for DNC is that tapping into it is admitting that they fucked up - like how they never prosecuted a single banker and instead gave them trillions. Which is why the current DNC leadership should walk the plank. And it is why Alexandria Cortez-Ocasio's message is so powerful. Here's her campaign video:

The Courage to Change | Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez - YouTube

Fast forward to a minute into the video. Here's what she says:

"This race is about people vs money. We've got people, they've got money. It's time we acknowledge that not all Democrats are the same! A Democrat that takes corporate money, profits off foreclosure, Doesn't live here, doesn't send his kids to our schools, doesn't drink our water, or breath our air, cannot possibly represent us!"

And that is the kind of campaign Democrats need to run in order to win. That is the message.

Do you want to hazard a guess why the DNC leadership is so reluctant to embrace that message?
