<You recommended in your last note sirrom capital as a possible short. I can not seem to find it... can you give me a symbol ? thanks> Sirrom is moving to NYSE - symbol is changing from SROM to SIR, but if you are using Yahoo quotes, they don't seem to have fully picked up on it yet. Mr. Pink: I'd be interested to hear more about why you are so negative on them, if you can expand any. Yes they make loans to small businesses, so in that sense I guess they are like a bond fund, but they get high interest rates and warrants to buy cheap stock in the companies they lend to. So far they seem to have done a good job of having the capital gains from the warrants more than offset the loan risk. If anyone has anything negative to say about Sirrom, I'd like to hear it.
