I bought FAMH on-line with Fidelity for 20 bucks.
They have become very competitive on commissions and still have more of the customer service things I like about them, like a small amount of free research, subscription to S&P newsletters, 24 hour a day cust service, etc.

You can trade BB's with DLJ online or on the phone through touch tone.

I have a Discover account too (for IRA account) but havent tried online with them. I know you cant do it over the phone with Discover though.. have to talk to a live broker.

P.S. If you want "quick" you can open an account with DLJ online within 10 minutes and start trading.. just make sure you send in the money within 3 days ;)
