Nobody wants Washington, thats why no state will have them (even up there). It is, however, something that must be done. When you rebel, you have to follow tradition and plan attacks on the enemy capital. Besides, we could wager on which ones would run for Canada. At least that's what I assume Tommy Jefferson Davis Hicks would do.
