Does anyone know the most recent figures for the short interest in MAVK?

Thean, Back to pondering Bollinger Bands, I initially noticed that a few of the charts had upper curves that had recently moved up a bit.
In addition to FLC, I'd point out RIG, CDG, PTEN, MDCO, ESV and SLB.
OK, admittedly some of these moves are pretty lame. Looking at them again, however, I saw it a little differently. While any move upwards of the upper BB has been mild, if at all, the channel between the lower and upper BB is, in most cases, much wider than it was previously. For instance, PTEN now shows a channel going from 20 to 44, compared with the channel by the last price peak from 28 to 41. UTI goes from 14 to 30 now compared with a channel from 18 to 27 then. ESV 24 to 37 compared with 29 to 36. FLC 25 to 38 compared with 28 to 36. Some channels are wider than others, but this trend
seems to be there.

Also, as far as trajectory goes, I'll have to check, but it seemed that at the time of the initial moves of the last two peaks, the upper BB's were generally heading down rapidly. So, the stock and upper BB were each moving towards each other. Now, with the upper BB's relatively flat, I would think that upward movement in the stock could cause an upward inflection, so that the BB would be running away from the approaching stock.

Probably just wishful thinking (g).
