slim I agree with you Re Zacks: I htink it is a reactive observation to previous' analysts remarks.It is not forward looking.It is like investors bus Daily: th etime to buy semiconductor equipment is when Inves Bus rates them an E !!! ( Didstribution!!). Applied Material at 27 ( 13.5 post split !!1 ); NOT when it's A : Applied was up to 48 ( from 24 ) when Invest Bus changed to A. Back to basics; Joe Kennedy, 1929 crash, buying Standard Oil for 3 cents/share: " Buy when nobody wants it, sell when everybody wants it ". TA
