Oh yes he is:
usatoday.com

He's using his trips to Mar-a-Rippoff to fleece taxpayers and increase his brand- that's his salary- by selling access to...himself:
"Expenses for that trip (just one trip) included more than $118,000 for flights, more than $46,000 for hotel rooms for Secret Service agents, $13,600 for the Secret Service to rent golf carts, and $7,100 for luxury portable bathrooms for Secret Service agents to use.

The president's income from Trump International Hotel in Washington topped $40 million last year, according to his annual financial disclosure report released Wednesday. Trump’s highest income-generated golf clubs are Mar-A-Lago and Trump International in Florida, which together brought Trump about $100 million in income."

If Obama had done anything like this you'd bust a gut. Your head would have literally exploded. Turn around any of the shit Trump has done- leer at underage girls, grab pussies, pay off porn stars for sex, secret meetings with Vlad, urging violence at rallies, not releasing tax returns- jesus- any of it- and you'd have wanted Obama in jail. I'm not surprised at what you've become- but I'm amazed at how deep you managed to go.

Actually, he is. He might donate it, but he would be far from the first president to do that.

Besides, he makes a whole lot more money off the taxpayer than a measly $400k/year. That is directly and doesn't count the free advertising for his resorts, golf courses and hotels.
