Expansion usually produces write off's

we know they are adding distribution/sales office in the USA

we know they are pushing more notebook hard drives and RAID.

Wall Street does'nt understand the benefits of the
CA-Cheyenne ArcServe support for their PRCM products.
( If SEG would have done that deal, it might have
been a prelude to a takeover. but CA's the stronger
player in this market, so, what the hell...)

I'm sure it did'nt help that IBM got their
5MB drive to market at the same time PRCM did.

Consider that consumers buy product in the last quarter
and Corporation are buyers in the first quarter
PRCM is a Corporate equipment provider.
this past quarter is probably just
cyclically weak.

We're just drifting from lack of new buyers, IMO.

FS, I would think it's a combination of things. One is the present fears of the "Asian Flu". The other I would guess is all the negative news coming from all the disk drive manufacturers.

Since procom doesn't report earnings until February they are in there preannoucement period.(If they do) DGN preannounced today although I'm not sure if there is any relation.
