Doug, I was referring to the Daily notes article #2 dated Jan. 8, 1998. It is sent directly to members or can be read at the Infrastrucure web site in the archive. Not at the column you directed me to. It would be the Jan. issue #2. Check it out!

Doug, thanks for the link, sixth paragraph mentions the importance of the 0.25 uM process and DUV in 1998 but only ASMLF is mentioned. Gosh if you like ASMLF then it logically follows the CYMI should be seen as an even more attractive prospect. Yet despite this fact the no mention is given. Thank god I like to do my own research (with the thread's help). I do not like to depend excusively on the pronouncement of mavens, gurus and savants if this example is a de facto standard of what we should expect. techweb.com
