Jags...I'm with you. I believe there is big potential in this company for the L/T. But S/T, 9 months time frame they really need to prove themselves to me at least. I had gone thru the contract terms between AOL & Excite. As to when these exclusive contracts payments are to be made for button, bannar service. The last Q of 1997 is heavy. Do your on DD here, but this is what I got out the the SEC filed contract between the three companies.

Total to be paid to Excite (24Million), AOL (32Million) as follows;

1997-8.5 M
1998-4.1 M
1999-10.9M
2000-12.4M
2001-12.4M
2002-7.7M

As you can see this company is going to take a big hit early...have a year of relatively easy times if you can call 1M a Q easy on their current revenues. IMO they have to do some big time growing to get thru these deals.
