Being conquered is not normally enjoyed by those on the bad side of genocide. But we didn't get to be the awesome genius ninjas we are by pussy-footing around. I suspect that the welfaring bludging kleptocratic Big Brother suffocatocracy is not the best that can be produced by human progress. It might be that those useless people intuitively know that they should be supplanted by the lean and hungry marauders who have adhered to the exponential expansion of descendants, so they encourage the marauders in to ravish the women and murder the men. I know from personal experience that people do choose suicide. Literal actual self elimination. I have attended a suicide support group for 2.5 years. Bewilderment is the norm. But it's reality. Even without actual immediate destruction people smoke, drink booze, eat fake food and do other gradually self destructive things which is the same process as suicide, just more gradual and less committed. Note that Big Don does not smoke or drink and while hefty is not morbidly obese. He's more of an enthusiastic eater who keeps it in balance. He enjoys life to the full, with multiple wives and fair number of children. He's popular because he chooses life and enjoyment and success and winning. He does not choose self abnegation and to be replaced by the shirtless lean and hungry hordes who would destroy him and his world. Nature is relentless, merciless, cruel, inevitable and chooses life over self abnegation. A country cannot keep itself going by self destruction and being replaced by immigrants. If a country won't choose life, immigrants will redefine that country and they will do it in a way that the local yokels are unaccustomed to and which few of them will adapt to and survive. For all its welfare and Big Brother bludging kleptocratic suffocatocracy USA is still quite a dog eat dog world, armed to the teeth, with murder and self defence common. So perhaps it is still the winning way of life and immigrants will be mere fodder for the process rather than conquerors of it. As Big Al Green$pan explained, we don't really know when we're in irrational exuberance until after a crash. It might just be great and glorious success in harmony with the four forces of the apocalypse. Mqurice
