To all, I realized that there have been alot of companies, especially on the otc-bb, that have shot themselves in the foot by issuing warrants, etc., etc.. Personally, I am confident in the management and the job that Mr. Monas has been doing. I would think that Mr. Monas would be smart enough to avoid such a situation. As far as the funding for the acquisition is concerned, I have no idea, and really, noone here does either, at least nothing that can be based on fact. My gut reaction to all of this is that Monas et al at FAMH have positioned themselves to acquire this company on the cheap. Jin. ps. Perry M.: What happened? Are getting soft on us? ;-)
