richard--

you might want to clarify for the poster....

seamens on a medical leave of absence.

the last time I looked at insider selling, the only insiders were within the penny family trust, and they only unloaded a minor portion of their holdings.

to my knowledge, none of management has sold recently. as for the janitor and morale, who knows. if they get most of their compensation in stock options, their morale is probably as low as mine is.

good luck to all,
trey

Re: [all shown the door] John Seaholtz appointed to WSTL board of directors.

richard,

I have no idea weather the info you posted is true or false, Seamens
on medical leave of absense, last I heard. They brought Zoints on board, and now John Seaholtz. Seems they are doing the opposite of what the post from AOL states.

Westell recently appointed John Seaholtz to it's board of directors.
John is a natural fit, because he recognized the potential of ADSL well before his peers and he spent his last years at Bell Atlantic, overseeing ADSL trials based on Westell's equipment. John Seaholtz retires from Bell Atlantic next month.

The above information comes from Jan 1, 98 Americas Network Mag Pg. 41 Wireline Notebook. I did not find this story in the Online Version.
