As requested Sir,

The missing 132mgs are three things that "In its SEC filings, Zonagen has acknowledged that a formerly available oral formulation of phentolamine has had limited utility in treating ED."

Give me some time, which I don't have, to scour the patent lit. If you had any brains you'd be doing that too.

Well Myron, I guess its past your bedtime. If it'll help you sleep better here you go.

Willie boy I will help you.
Zona is a fraud and a scam
the missing 132mgs are the following___________

Methods and formulations for modulating the human sexual response. Lowrey, Fred. (Zonagen, Inc., USA). PCT Int. Appl., 37 pp. CODEN: PIXXD2. WO 9633705 A1 961031. Designated States: W: AL, AM, AT, AU, AZ, BB, BG, BR, BY, CA, CH, CN, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, GB, GE, HU, IS, JP, KE, KG, KP, KR, KZ, LK, LR, LS, LT, LU, LV, MD, MG, MK, MN, MW, MX, NO, NZ, PL, PT, RO, RU, SD, SE, SG, SI. Designated States: RW: AT, BE, CH, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GB, GR, IE, IT, LU, MC, NL, PT, SE, BF, BJ, CF, CG, CI, CM, GA, ML. Patent written in English. Application: WO 96-US5816 960426. Priority: US 95-431145 950428 CAN 126:37110 Abstract The invention is directed to improved methods for modulating the human sexual response by administering an oral formulation of a vasodilator to the blood circulation thereby modulating the sexual response on demand. A rapidly-dissolving tablet for treatment of impotence contained phentolamine mesylate 40, silica 8, stearic acid 4, lactose 212, microcryst. cellulose 120, and croscarmellose sodium 16 mg.

So we got 8 mgs of beach sand,120 mgs of "Metamucil" and 4 mgs of stearic acid which would not help this stuff get absorbed into your johnnie in zillion years.

Also found this, thought you might be interested.

From the patent literature,

A pharmaceutical for intracavernous administration contains a a-receptor blocker and/or papaverine and nucleotides. Specific a-receptor blockers are phentolamine, phenoxybenzamine, or urapidil or their salts. Specific nucleotides are adenosine phosphates, e.g., ATP. The pharmaceuticals are useful for the treatment of erectile dysfunctions; the intracavernous administration of a-receptor blockers in combination with papaverine and/or nucleotides gives an accelerated erection and improves the quality of the erection (no data). A formulation for one time intracavernous administration contains preferably 20-60 mg papaverine salt, 0.5-5 mg a-receptor blocker and 5-30 mg nucleotide.

Hey, one more thing, thanks for giving me the incentive to get this DD done. As I said before, I do not disagree with any Zona claims. They may know a few things you and I don't.
