I don't know how you can ride outside during the middle of the day in the south Florida heat. I either have to go very early, or ride my Peleton indoors

GROUND ZERO™: I'm surprised to see the markets higher today considering the FED action, but who am I to fight the tape... There's news about China and America in discussions about trade. Just cashed in my YINN for a nice profit. Probably cashed in too early. I always do that! Oh well... Weather down here has been beautiful the last couple of days, not too hot. Love it! :) Regards, Bob
