Pugs,

Do you see any evidence of a short position??

You're still receiving your certs in the mail..., the stock has declined by 75% from its earlier "short-squeeze" highs when far fewer shares were in certificated form... etc.

You're best evidence will be when there are no more certificates arriving in the mail. That will be a sign that you may have a short position of significance.

Are you so sure that the company isn't privately selling its shares to any of the alledged "shorts" at this very moment in order to bail them out and lock in profits for themselves???

That is, assuming there is even a short postition as you and Riley claim.

But then, if evidence is found that implicates RMIL's management in illegal activities related to the 13 million share Reg S, kiss all of your shares goodbye. This company will likely never trade again in that case.

That is why it is incumbent that you investigate the real story here and make sure that nothing scuttles your squeeze. But first you have to verify the short position even exists.

Regards,

Ron
