To be eligible for a class action.... I had 1000 UMSI shares that I bought at over $1 and sold them at 0.11. I bought 10000 sharesback at 0.11 the same day (in Dec 97). It may look stupid but I had to do that to reduce my foreign content in my Canadian RRSP (RIA in US). In Canada the foreign content is based on the book value and it is limitd to 20% of the total portfolio value. Would I be eligible for a class action suit? Note that I am a US resident at this time... Sylvain C.
