Andy, my presence at H&Q was just for Tuesday night and thanks to V1's courtesy. The recent press releases seem to confirm the speculation that Mr. Walker had/has Millennium-envy; let's wish him luck.

Going back to the patents, it is indeed weird that they decided to play mystery men in the press release when a couple of clicks (e.g. patent.womplex.ibm.com ) would lead you to the information. Or maybe they did want people to speculate (and buy the shares quickly -g-) before figuring out for what disease were those patents relevant. Hope this is not a predictor of similarly funky behavior in the future.

And, how about'em Broncos?

PB

A friend of mine here in Vegas was talking to someone in the football world with intimate knowledge of affairs of padded heros.

It seems that, when Green Bay figured out that they'd get by just fine Sunday they got very conservative, rather than risk injury and possibly "show" something. Therefore Denver should be in for the Sunday from Hell, making GB a low risk investment when the line begins to narrow (probably this weekend).

I, of course, asked if I should sell my AxyS for a few days and clean up. Friend said "maybe $20 would be the better move".

I've heard this joke a few times in the past, so I'm still long AxyS, and also saved the double sawbuck.

All the above entirely in fun... And actually, I'm picking Denver in a shocker.
