I have relapsed recently but I find crisper thinking with at least 4-5 weekly HARD cardio sessions, preferably 2 being tennis and the rest HIIT.

Boxing is exhausting, it gets my heart rate up faster than anything else besides swimming-- I'm trying to do that a couple times a week too
I hope your garage is air conditioned!
