Tom, no, I don't have any idea how many options are going to be granted from the New Media acquisition. HLIT has been stingy with granting options up until now to their employees. This will be factored into the total outstanding shares,and I expect we will be able to figure out about how many options were initally granted very soon. Don't think of it as dilution,think of it as gaining additional high level engineers,and some fantastic contracts. This little company was a go getter,they had contracts in Europe and the U.S. Tim
