Please use the formula(this is one of many) in this post to calculate the number of die per wafer. No DRAM manufacturer in the world would ramp 64Mb parts with a die size of over 200mm&#178. Sorry, but I think I am on target that 64Mb production will require DUV. It is too unprofitable to be manufactured with lesser processes.
