If one wants to be in the precious metal business one must produce commercial quantities of fire assayable precious metals. Once you accomplish this feat the rest is easy -- decide on which refinery that will give you the best margin for your metals. It only requires years of hard work without the need of public support. Of course it would have been nice having a new car and a fully equiped laboratory during the process. But I made it to production with baling wire, glue and lots of lead.
