Marc Goldman Sachs sees demand for AAPL stock tommorrow (post 7700) Older inventory may be moving . I was suprised to see Circuit City selling a Power Mac 6500/275 with a $400 mail in rebate (exp 1/16/98) The new lower threshold for smaller resellers ($2 mln/yr from $20 mln) will help move inventory also as that just started 12/15/97 . A few weeks back I read UMAX may be considered for selling AAPL's 604 and 603 inventory . Yesterday at Sun's new server intro Ed Zander proudly stated they had a selling advantage as SUN is both a software and hardware company . Hmm... wonder if he picked that up during his AAPL CEO interview ?
