TXN is so much more difficult to understand then MU.
And I have a BSEE.
MU has DRAM (16Mb now and 64Mb soon)
While TXN has DRAM and DSP.
And DSP is used in many many things.
Thanks for the data on DSP

[C6X]

Angela --

Thanks for the links to TI's C6X information. I've been tracking the progress for nearly a year and was expecting production silicon to be out in December and then was told it would be "the first of the year." There are lots of companies and lots of products depending on its release. Siemens, for example, has been working closely with TI for over a year, urging them to finish the ADSL versions. It's clearly not a simple task.

At any rate, I'll post if/when I find out anything.

Later --

Pat
