Hi Craig, Way to go! Thanks for the info re: Exchange Stabilization Fund financing. Some interesting quotes from this AM's S. China Morning Post re: Hong Kong's monetary policy... 'Hands off' policy urged scmp.com "The pressures are still building on the Hong Kong dollar and the perception of over-valuation, which we feel is to some degree overstated, is nevertheless going to build," and... "The markets are going to be surprised by the severity and longevity of the Asian currency crisis" also, this quote from Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa in another article in SCMP... "'If we don't hold the peg, the consequences are unimaginable.'' Something to keep an eye on. Mark
