That would mean re-building the EPA, re-joining Paris, and strengthening CAFE standards, comrade.

Farmers should be self-reliant and provide their own water, instead of counting on socialized water, comrade Congressman. Maybe they should do what I did, and build a pond... with their own money, of course.
