The 3GPP process will end up going no where.

We have large multi-national companies investing 100's of million of dollars in MBANS medical devices which will largely use the same spectrum on a terrestrial basis, that Globalstar is attempting as a MSS spectrum speculator to allow what would be interfering terrestrial services into MBANS devices.

Simple common sense tells you that this will never happen.

to see only the GSAT related docs, In the top left type in globalstar, then on the right side hit search. then click on tdoc# to download.
