Gary,

Excellent post. After being, quite frankly,
a little paranoid the last few days, I have
come to the same conclusion. Someone is
shorting the stock based on TA. Timing is
appropriate (far from earnings), and large
runup prior to last earnings is probably
fuel for the fire.
