Rod, .83 would indicate a selling price of 12.50 @15pe. PE 20 give you 16.50 of coarse your lying aobut investing in AMD.

Greg, that's affine way to spell coarse, but what aobut this: 3.90 would indicate a selling price of 58.50 @15pe. PE 20 give you 78. The only problem is they aren't going to earn 3.90 and they aren't going to earn 0.83 either. They may earn 0.50 if these optimistic estimates from Gruntal mean anything. In fact, it's possible they will lose fifty cents, too. Again, I would seriously consider an investment under $10 but it would still be risk money.

NEW YORK, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Gruntal & Co on Wednesday said it lowered its 1998 earnings estimates on shares of Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE:AMD - news) to $0.50 a share from $1.10 a share.
