DD, Well unfortunately I cannot talk wallstreet about it, but I do know that it is considered the way prisons will go throughout the private security industy. Course their are arguments both ways, but they really like the contract end, because of course cheap labor compared to state officers, (at least here in MI) and fwiw, Wackenhut is considered one of the leaders in Contract Security. Actually if I ever went to contract security services, I would probably go with Wackenhut...much more respected then, dare I say Pinkerton. Rob
