Seriously. Insomnia is nice because you lose weight and get the laundry/dishes/dusting/toilet bowl scrubbing done, but it's tough on the body.

I don't think he is a bad guy. I just think he is in no position to be telling A$ND followers to "get a grip" and "you'll be lucky..."

It sounds like he has had a rough time with A$ND and now he wishes the same on everyone else.
