Anyone have a conference call # and times? Also, does anyone know the scope/length of their buyback. I was surprised to see there was one going on this last Q. I knew it was publicized for the Q before that. Do they have to state when there's a buyback going on and for how many shares?

thanks in advance,

Tom

Klaus, do you read this as being a positive or negative report? Its my understanding that the flat revenue was due to the Asian and currency problems. Do you concur? Otherwise, the numbers appeared to be very good.

Stock shot up by 1 3/8 at market opening, and then dropped to 1/8. Not sure why this happened. Speculate the following: the overall market went down, analysts wanted more time to analyze the numbers, analysts awaiting the conference call, numbers really aren't very good, expecting more problems with Asia in upcoming quarters, etc, etc. Stock now up 7/8.

Do you, or anyone else, have the 800 phone number for the replay of the conference call? Please post.

Still think the best course of action for DEC is to sell the company.

Comments welcome.
