TKA-. My sentiments are exactly the same . While disappointed with some of the past stock action and the warrant call, I think that they still have an excellent future, and I am confident that the VGM business will not go away in S.C.

One of my sources in S.C. at the Coin Operators Association has indicated that they are planning a number of activities to counter the negative publicity that the industry is receiving. Also, that a presentation was made to the Senate Finance Committee by an outside unbiased source yesterday, that showed that the real loss to the State in dollars was much more than the $61 million in license fees. When the loss in income tax revenues is factored in with the license fees, plus other factors the real loss to the state is in the $200-$225 million. The belief is that they don't want to give that up.

It's also interesting that the state is still accepting revenue from license fees and selling licenses, in the face of their negative rhetoric.
