If you're suggesting we eliminate all taxation for people with more than one Billion Dollars in assets, the Republican Party has already anticipated your desires.

They're going to implement that at the same time they eliminate all taxes on those earning more than $450,000 annually. We just need more crooked Republicans to carry this out.

Isn't it nice to have a responsive government for sale, always anticipating the desires of those willing to donate? An actual democracy would be a horror, n'est-ce pas?

In the Régime Ancien de France the Clergy and Aristocrats, essentially those people with clout in France, were both exempt from the Taille and other forms of taxation.

The specific explanation was the Taille and other taxes were a monetary equivalent for military service, the nobility who fought and the clergy who were exempt from fighting did not pay, so that the tax fell on non-privileged persons and non-privileged lands. I can't begin to tell you how unpopular those tax exemptions were. But they were very popular among those who made the rules - and that's what matters.

Wealth disparity is the greatest in large CA metro areas. Prop 13 a disaster. Cost of living out of control. All these mostly democrat elites benefited the most as well from Reaganomics. Ironic Lebron bored of uneducated and uninformed middle America takes his social justice causes to the biggest stage of all as tens of thousands in LaLa land live in tent cities.. Gets to hang with Elroy too as a bonus

The company could be a model for healthcare in the US, which has been putting pressure on patients through higher out-of-pocket costs for doctor visits and prescription drugs.
