The special counsel didn't exist when the FISA warrants were issued. You don't know what you're talking about. He didn't say that? Why do you lie so much when he actually said this and EVERYBODY can see that? The dossier was used as the basis for the FISA warrants and the opening of a special counsel. You don't know what you are talking about. 1) Hillary procured the Steele Dossier from former KGB agents, effectively colluding with Russia, in an attempt to smear Trump with lies and innuendo. 2) When her plan didn't work, she and her compatriots at the FBI used that dossier to get FISA warrants and to enable the creation of the special counsel, whom Comey got his good buddy Mueller to lead. 3) Now the special council is on its never ending witch hunt against Trump for Russia collusion, when the evidence proves that Hillary is the key person who colluded with Russia.
