Melinda, Bill, etal an excellent release. My favorite parts:

1)Revs up over 10 fold year over year from textiles & chemicals.
2)"the company is currently working with a number of food processors"
and "...(Eco-Pure systems) will represent a large percentage of
revenues...in the near-and long-term."
3)Bill Stoddard "We are a company in transition for research and
development into commercial sales....We now have more demand for our
systems than ever before..."
4)"Further the Company anticipates a dramatic increase in the number
of textile washing systems sold to hospitals and hotels within the
coming months."

I think these excerpts say it all. Revenues are building quickly and
will be sustained. Strong demand for OZONs technology across all
areas. Quicker movement from development phase to commercial sales
than I certainly was expecting. Near term opportunities are being
capitalized upon by management.

With the limited resources that this company has, it is incredible to
me how they are able to move on all fronts. Clearly, the alliances
they've been building, and the new staff being brought on board are
paying off handsomely.

My only concerns re-the release are that gross profit margins are
slim (not all that unusual for development phases) and that G&A
expenses grew disproportionately. I would like to understand what
profit margins are anticipated to be since the model right now would
suggest $10-12m in qtrly sales would be necessary to breakeven.

Anyhow, congrats to everyone at OZON for great results and thanks to
all for the hard work they've been putting in.
