Multiple causes.. Mine are calcium oxalate ,, most common type.. My system does not process calcium properly... I also have sponge kidney which makes it easier for stones to form.. For ME I drink lots of water ,, 4 litres daily PLUS it is infused with lemon juice,,, which inhibits stone formation.. That plus of vit D3 and K
Working s far.. for a long time now :)
