Yes, the suit could easily hold 15psi, not denying that, problem is, you are in a vacuum (space), zero pressure outside the suit, 15psi inside......suit explodes. 15psi vs 0psi, see my point?

edit, actually, the outside is below 0 psi, it's vacuum

Tire pressure of zero is 14.7 psi at sea level. In terms of absolute pressure an inflated tie is approximately 45 psi.
