BTW, I don't see a threat in the quoted text, nor do I see anything that can even be remotely construed as a threat. I've asked you before to point out such text to me where Tonto was concerned and you never replied, so I won't even bother in this case. It's my opinion that you're amusing the heck out of someone at these enforcement agencies to which you're sending those messages. From where I sit, it looks like you've provided nothing indictable regarding those folks.

Guess how much they care. Nada. To the SEC and the webmistresses of SI people who write to them with complaints like that are whining. There are differing views and just because somebody goes against your opinion it doesn't mean that something has to be done. When you're at a party and a person really makes you angry, do you tell the host to kick them out? Of course not. You keep your temper in check and just ignore them. Just everything that Ron and Michael has said was going to happen has happened and it's not manipulation, it's educated guessing. Kugler simply seems to know his stuff even if his delivery is questionable, and Ron has been through it before with a company that actually was legit but just had some poorly worded and timed press releases. Perhaps that's what has happened to RMIL, but at this point you've got to look at what the nays have written, take a step back and look at it from an outsider's position. That's what I had to do with GRNO and boy did it open my eyes. Best of luck, Mesaba
